Crunchy Honey Drizzled Feta

  1. 550g Feta
  2. 200g Plain flour
  3. 200g Japanese breadcrumbs
  4. 8 Eggs
  5. 2 Tablespoons honey
  6. Black sesame seeds to garnish
  1. Cut the feta into equal size cubes.
  2. Place the plain flour, Japanese breadcrumbs and eggs into three separate bowls; whisk the eggs together to make an egg wash.
  3. Dust your cubed feta into the plain flour followed by the egg wash and finally the Japanese breadcrumbs.
  4. Once the feta is evenly coated, deep fry for 1.5 minutes at 180C.
  5. To serve, drizzle honey over the top of the crunchy feta and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
