  1. 4 cups rolled oats
  2. 3/4 cup Waitrose honey, or any other pure clover honey
  3. 8 dates
  4. 2 medium apples
  5. 2 tsp cinnamon
  6. 1 packet dried mango
  7. 1/4 cup cashews
  1. For the ingredient prep; Preheat the oven to 180C first.
  2. Roughly dice dates and apples into small 0.5 cm cubes.
  3. Slice dried mangos into thin strips.
  4. Roughly chop cashews into half.
  5. For the granola; Mix all prepared fruits and nuts into a small bowl.
  6. Pour honey into the bowl and stir to coat all the fruits and nuts evenly. Set aside.
  7. In a large bowl, combine the cinnamon and oats.
  8. Stir the honey in slowly, coating the oats.
  9. Pour the fruit and nut mixture into the large bowl.
  10. Stir thoroughly so all ingredients are combined.
  11. Spread evenly onto a sheet of baking paper laid on an oven tray.
  12. Pop the tray into the oven and wait until the oats turn golden brown.
